God has been really revealing a lot to me here lately. I just thank him for the revelation that I’m fixing to share with you. There is so much evil in the world that we can not tell a lie from truth any longer. Even when truth is plan as day most are deceived. I know this is a random post but I feel the Holy Spirit is directing me to post this. So who ever you are I hope this is a blessing. Lets start this trip off with this. How often have you asked someone if they are a Christian, and they say yes? Almost 9 out of 10 times. If there are that many Christians how come the world is in the state it is in? How come we have Christians killing other Christians? The answer to this is simple. But I didn’t come up with it on my own, All glory to the King on the Throne. When you ask someone are they a Christian they say yes because they are determining this off of saying a prayer. Bam! They are saved! Or they say yes because they Believe there is God and Jesus. But they aren’t serving him. First off I know I’ll get some hate mail from this but let me make this clear. Christians don’t murder people. I understand self defence, protecting a child or 3rd party. But I mean murder! So when you look at news and see a Christian killed their pastor today, understand they were not truly saved. Now lets look at another case the people who believe God is real and that Jesus is real, but claim to be a Christian. Thats not a Christian I believe cars are real and I even know enough to fix a little and how to drive, but that doesn’t make me a mechanic. So knowing they exist isn’t enough. Now lets talk about the ones I will get the dirty looks and emails about. If you have ears then listen, this is Biblical! The (most) modern Churches have a way with people. They tell a person to confess with your mouth Jesus died and was raised from the dead and confess your sin. Bam! You’re going to heaven and you’re saved. They are misleading people. If you went shopping and a man says sign here. Because I’ll give you this car. So you sign it. Thats a awesome deal, you sign your name and get the free car. He explains how you are having to walk everywhere now so it can help make your trail easier and faster. But you have never seen a car. You have no clue how to drive it. But you mess around with it and figure it out a little bit. you go for a ride but a few miles down the road, a tire blows out. The car pulls to the right and flips over, landing on the roof. Well you get out beat up and bruised. Swearing that you will never use a car again because of the car wreck . You even go as far as warning others about how bad cars are. A hurricane is coming but no one can get you back in the car so you choose to walk. As you are walking the storm becomes strong and you seek shelter but there is too much wind and water. You end up dieing from the hurricane. This is what is happening with most churches. They teach that we have a crossed shaped hole in our hearts and all we have to do is say a prayer and it fills that hole. You can get fulfilment, love, happiness, and money. (Aka life enhancements) But this isn’t Biblical. The Biblical way is using a key and the Bible does actually call it “the key,” and its purpose is to bring us to Christ, to unlock the Door of the Savior (John 10:9). Not only is it biblical, but it was used throughout church history to unlock the doors of revival. Much of the church today doesn’t even know it exists. The problem is that it was lost around the turn of the twentieth century. Keys have a way of getting lost. Jesus used it. So did Paul (Romans 3:19,20) and James (James 2:10). Stephen used it when he preached (Acts 7:53). Peter found that it had been used to open the door to release 3,000 imprisoned souls on the Day of Pentecost. Jesus said that the lawyers had “taken away” the key, and had even refused to use it to let people enter into the kingdom of God (Luke 11:52). The Pharisees didn’t take it away; instead, they bent it out of shape so that it wouldn’t do its work (Mark 7:8). Jesus returned it to its true shape, just as the Scriptures prophesied that He would do (Isaiah 42:21). Satan has tried to prejudice the modern church against the key. He has maligned it, misused it, twisted it, and, of course, hidden it—he hates it because of what it does. Perhaps you are wondering what this key is. I will tell you. All I ask is that you set aside your traditions and prejudices and look at what God’s Word says on the subject. In Acts 28:23 the Bible tells us that Paul sought to persuade his hearers “concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets.” Here are two effective means of persuading the unsaved “concerning Jesus.” Let’s first look at how the prophets can help persuade sinners concerning Jesus. Fulfilled prophecy proves the inspiration of Scripture. The predictions of the prophets present a powerful case for the inspiration of the Bible. Any skeptic who reads the prophetic words of Isaiah, Ezekiel, Joel, etc., or the words of Jesus in Matthew 24 cannot help but be challenged that this is no ordinary book. The other means by which Paul persuaded sinners concerning Jesus was “out of the law of Moses.” The Bible tells us that the Law of Moses is good if it is used lawfully (1 Timothy 1:8). For what purpose was God’s Law designed? The following verses tell us: “The Law is not made for a righteous person, but…for sinners” (1 Timothy 1:9,10). It even lists the sinners for us: the disobedient, the ungodly, murderers, fornicators, homosexuals, kidnappers, liars, etc. The Law was designed primarily as an evangelistic tool. Paul wrote that he “had not known sin, but by the law” (Romans 7:7). The Law of God (the Ten Commandments) is evidently the “key of knowledge” that Jesus mentioned in Luke 11:52. He was speaking to lawyers—those who should have been teaching God’s Law so that sinners would receive the “knowledge of sin,” and thus recognize their need of the Savior. Prophecy speaks to the intellect of the sinner, while the Law speaks to the conscience. One produces faith in the Word of God; the other brings knowledge of sin in the heart of the sinner. The Law is the God-given “key” to unlock the Door of salvation. The Bible says in Psalm 19:7, “The law of the Lord is perfect converting the soul.” Scripture makes it very clear that it is the Law that actually converts the soul. Now lets go back to you shopping. The man is there telling you to sign for a free car. But he explains how you are having to walk everywhere now so it can help make your trail easier and faster. But there is danger coming. A giant hurricane is making landfall and you will need this car to evade certain death. So you start asking more questions because you now understand your predicament. But you have never seen a car. You have no clue how to drive it. But you mess around with it, ask questions and figure it out a little bit. you go for a ride but a few miles down the road, a tire blows out. As soon as the car begins to sway you remember how to correct it. You hold on to the steering wheel with all your might. But it spins out and you land in a ditch. You get out, thanking God that the man went over safety with you and showed you how to deal with a blown tire. You quickly change it because you know certain death is on its way. Now back on the road, the storm is very strong but you cling to the wheel and finally drive out of the storm. Now the first person did what the second person did. But the man made sure the second person understood everything. So when the bad times arrived they didn’t reject God they cling to him like their life depend on it. So its up to us as Christians to use this biblical key. Romans 10:9-10 9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. So it is Biblical to use the prayer of salvation but I want to point this out. We don’t need to rush it make sure they honestly understand they are a sinner. Jesus is the only person in the world who can wash you clean. They also need to understand that time is running out death is coming. But it isn’t a life enhancement it is hard and prepare them for what they will face. But show them its worth it. Make them cling to the word of God and show them he will save them. You teach 90% Law and 10% Grace and you will have true Christian who understand why we need Jesus. The second part of this the Holy Spirit revealed to me. Romans 10:9-10 9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. If you honestly believe in Jesus you know he is the son of God, which means you would take his word and study it know it by heart and try your very best to obey it. But it is very shocking to me just how many Christian don’t study. They may go to church but every thing they learn is from the pastor they center their entire belief system from what they hear others say. But never stop to read the word of God. I honestly think if more people study and asked God for direction on things such as- just using King james version, speaking in tongues, gospel music vs contemporary music, etc. You would see the body of Christ working together more like a body and being a much brighter light to the world. This is all I can share now, I have to get in bed. But comment let me know what you think. Shalom and may God bless every one you and your families today.
The scenario is part of a counterterrorism summit held this week. A zombie invasion would have characteristics similar to other catastrophic events and would be ‘a federal incident,’ a summit organizer says.
“This is a very real exercise. This is not some type of big costume party,” Brad Barker, president of the Halo Corp. security company, told the Associated Press.

This scenario is dire, modeled in part on a public-service campaign that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)launched last year, warning that US citizens should be prepared in the event of a zombie invasion.
It will play out Wednesday and Thursday at Halo’s annual Counter-Terrorism Summit security conference, which will be attended by, among other people, former Central Intelligence Agencydirector Michael Hayden.
Zombies will invade Paradise Point Resort, which covers 44 acres on an island that will be transformed with Hollywood-style sets, including a Middle Eastern village and a pirate cove. Some 1,000 US military personnel, police, and state and federal government officials will be charged with responding.
“No doubt when a zombie apocalypse occurs, it’s going to be a federal incident, so we’re making it happen,” Mr. Barker told the AP.
The training scenario has not come without its share of unwelcome attention, he noted, adding that “every whack job in the world” has called about the exercise.
Barker acknowledges that the “zombie apocalypse is very whimsical,” telling the Military Times that the scenario was created to “add some levity to the more-dire scenarios summitgoers will encounter,” including terrorists roaming hospital halls shooting people and pilots trapped behind enemy lines.
That said, an affinity for zombie television shows and movies could help provide a teachable moment not only for US troops, but also for the American public.
This is particularly true when it comes to the uncertainty that surrounds unexpected catastrophic events, including natural disasters and terrorist attacks.
“No one knows what the zombies will do in our scenario, but quite frankly, no one knows what a terrorist will do,” Barker told the AP. “If a law-enforcement officer sees a zombie and says, ‘Freeze, get your hands in the air!’ what’s a zombie going to do? He’s going to moan at you. If someone on PCP or some other psychotic drug is told that, the truth is he’s not going to react to you.”
When it launched its awareness campaign last year on a zombie apocalypse, the CDC used it as a chance to encourage Americans to be prepared for any unexpected emergency.
“We have a very small office and an equally small budget,” Maggie Silver, a CDC official, told ABC News. “So we had to do something that wasn’t going to take a lot of manpower or dollars.”
The CDC recommended doing things such as stocking up on water (one gallon per person per day), food (nonperishable items you eat regularly), tools like duct tape, a battery-powered radio, and blankets.
The CDC zombie campaign grew out of an effort “to spice up our general preparedness message,” added Ms. Silver. “We decided, why not give people what they want?”

The origins of Halloween are Celtic in tradition and have to do with observing the end of summer sacrifices to gods in Druidic tradition. In what is now Britain and France, it was the beginning of the Celtic year, and they believed Samhain, the lord of death, sent evil spirits abroad to attack humans, who could escape only by assuming disguises and looking like evil spirits themselves. The waning of the sun and the approach of dark winter made the evil spirits rejoice and play nasty tricks. Believe it or not, most of our Halloween practices can be traced back to these old pagan rites and superstitions.
But what about today? Perhaps we can still learn from history. In the fourth century, Christians attempted to co-opt the holiday by celebrating the lives of faithful Christian saints the day before Halloween. This was a conscious attempt to provide an alternative and re-focus the day away from ghouls, goblins, ghosts, witches and other “haunted” experiences. Since that time many Christians have decided to allow their children to dress in more “innocent” costumes of pumpkins, princesses, Superman or as a cowboy. Part of this is due to the simple reality that in today’s Western culture it is nearly impossible to “avoid” Halloween.
Just before reaching a conclusion on the subject, I was struck with the thought that I ought to further my search and find out what Wicca, the official religion of witchcraft, has to say about Halloween. Perhaps they viewed the day as a simple fun and innocent neighborhood activity?
“Shock” is the only word to describe what I found. Halloween is a real, sacred day for those who follow Wicca. In fact, it is one of two high and holy days for them. The Celtic belief of spirits being released is current, along with the worship of Samhain (the lord of death) – both are promoted as something to embrace on that day. There is no question in my mind that to those who believe and follow the practices of witchcraft, Halloween represents an opportunity to embrace the evil, devilish, dark side of the spiritual world.
So after discovering this, what is a reasonable conclusion? As Christians you and I are placed in this world to be a light in a world of darkness. There is no lasting benefit to ignore a holiday that exists around us, but it also does harm to celebrate Halloween as it has originated and grown over the centuries.
My suggestion? Christians should be teaching their children (age appropriately) that:
- there is a spiritual world filled with goodness from God and evil from Satan (Eph. 2:1-10);
- life with Christ has power over darkness (I John 4:4); and
- those who celebrate Halloween either are unaware of its roots, or are intentionally promoting a world where evil is lauded and viewed as an ultimate power.
To counter the evil influence of Halloween, we need to join together and celebrate the reality of the heroic efforts of Christian saints over the evil in their day. Many leaders in the past — and present — have fulfilled the mandate of destroying the works of the devil through their sacrificial commitment to Christ and His Kingdom.
Too, rather than “hide” in the face of evil, we should unabashedly and boldly create an alternative that is positive and uplifting; that celebrates good over evil and the triumph of God over Satan. We need to provide an environment that also makes room for heaps of fun while using the day as a “teachable moment” to celebrate God’s protection, provision and purpose for our lives.
