6,000 Deer Reported Dead Due To EHD

Nebraska Wildlife officials say they’ve received around 6,000 reports of dead deer due to EHD. EHD stands for epizootic hemorrhagic disease. It’s an infectious often fatal viral disease in deer. Wildlife officials say the num

ber of cases is way more than they would typically see this time of the year. Officials blame the hot and dry weather this past summer for the reason that the disease spread to so many deer. Now that it’s colder outside officials believe the disease is no longer spreading, but hunters may still come across some deer carcasses.

(Zephaniah 1:2-3) “I will utterly consume all things from off the land, saith the Lord.I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumbling blocks with the wicked: and I will cut off man from off the land, saith the Lord.”

(Hosea 4:3) “Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.”
